Mehta Professional Corporation is a small firm of Chartered Professional Accountants in the heart of downtown Toronto. We are a team of seasoned professionals committed to delivering high quality personal service. We provide public accounting services to not-for-profit and charitable organizations, small and medium-sized owner-managed businesses, and individuals.
Since 1986, through our predecessor firm, Cowperthwaite Mehta, we have been providing audit, accounting and tax services to clients in the Toronto area, with a focus on clients with under $5 million in revenue. Upon Phil Cowperthwaite’s retirement at the end of 2019, Roger Mehta continued his
practice as Mehta Professional Corporation.
Our staff, most of whom have been with us for over twenty years, are specifically trained to service the not-for-profit, charitable and small business sectors. We know that organizations in these sectors have
very specific needs and concerns, and we are familiar with the reporting requirements unique to these organizations. We also provide assistance with personal income tax and other tax compliance requirements to many self-employed individuals.
